摘要

三峡工程移民是项复杂的社会系统工程.必须有正确的移民战略作指导,并制定出移民的目标体系和指标标准。作为移民实施的依据。三峡工程移民的根本出路在于实现三峡库区的持续发展。

Abstract

The resettlement of the Three Gorges Project is a complex social systemic engineering.It must be carried out under the guidance of a correct resettlement strategy,and we must map out iys objective system and be relevant to target standards as the basis for practising.The way out for the resettlement of the Three Gorges Project depends on sustainable development of the reservoir area.
